John has delivered a wide range of new and refurbishment projects in construction for over 35 years, providing Architectural, Project Management & Principal Designer Services and has been involved in construction health and safety for over 20 years.
John takes a pragmatic approach; he is passionate about design, construction and the safety, health and environmental issues related to construction.

John has a vast experience of all aspects of construction design, especially within the Health Sector. From strategic definition, preparation and brief, concept, developed and technical design, and the H&S co-ordination within these aspects. The ongoing design coordination within construction to final handover, closure of the project, and the handover of the H&S file to the client

Lea started his career in Architecture with Dilwyn Roberts Architects and is now providing Architectural, Project Management & Principal Designer Services and has delivered a wide range of new and refurbishment projects in construction for over 18 years. Lea takes a pragmatic approach; he is passionate about construction and the safety, health and environmental issues related to construction.
Lea has experience of all aspects of construction design from strategic definition, preparation and brief, concept, developed and technical design and the H&S co-ordination within these aspects and the ongoing design coordination within construction to final handover, closure of the project and the handover of the H&S file to the client.
Lea is also a keen Triathlete and has recently completed Ironman Wales.
Lily Waller BSc Architecture

Lily has recently begun her career in Architecture and technology after completing her Undergraduate degree in Architecture at Cardiff University and joining the practice as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant.
Throughout her studies sustainability and architectural technology have been the forefront of her design process, with the idea that value in design is achieved by positive influence on people and the environment.
Lily is passionate about establishing knowledge of the health sector and architectural technology as she follows a career in design.
Creative pursuits have often driven her hobbies including dance and crocheting in her free time.
