HL Design were commissioned by the Health Board to provide Architectural, Project Management and Principal Designer services for the refurbishment of an existing Simulator Scanner Room, access corridor, formation of a new Prep Room and minor works to the existing control area shared with the adjacent existing CT Simulator.

The project includes stripping out of finishes, removal of existing storage units, removal of existing ceilings and lighting etc, demolitions of walls, construction of new walls and fitting out all areas complete with finishes and services. New plant to serve the area was installed on the flat roof over the rooms.

The project was delivered on time and on budget.
