We were commissioned to design the second phase of an office development at Greenmeadow Springs
Coryton, Cardiff.
The brief was to design a total of 75,000 square feet divided into 5 buildings two of which were two storey, and the remaining being three storey with under croft parking, and surface parking throughout. The planners required the aesthetic to follow that of the first phase in terms of pitched roof and brick facades.
Full height glazing to entrances and long facades was utilised to provide a sense of entrance and a vertical emphasis.
