Multi Storey Car Park

We were commissioned to design a Multi storey car park at SA1 with a view to obtaining detailed planning permission for the client to enable him to negotiate its development with future possible developers.

Due to its location, detailed consultations took place with the planning department due to the high profile of the site.

Care was taken with regard to the quality of detail of the facades to achieve a high profile car park elevational treatment.

The final scheme was well received by the planning authority and detailed planning permission was granted.
