HL Design were appointed by University of Wales Trinity Saint David to provide Architectural and Principal Designer services for the conversion and fitout design of 3 floors of an office / retain development for use as a teaching facility.
The works consist of minor demolitions and alterations to accommodate the formation of new partitions to suit the proposed teaching use, creation of new toilet facilities, alterations to create a new means of escape, reinstatement of walls floors and ceilings, adaption / modifications to existing services, provision of new power and data services to suit the new layouts and usage and the provision of some fixed furniture.
