HL Design were appointed by University of Wales Trinity Saint David to provide Architectural and Principal Designer services for the conversion and fitout design of 3 floors of a recently refurbished shell office space for use as a teaching facility.
The works consist of minor demolitions and alterations to accommodate the formation of new partitions to suit the proposed teaching use, compete with new internal doors, reinstatement of walls floors and ceilings, adaption / modifications to existing services, provision of new power and data services to suit the new layouts and usage and the provision of some fixed furniture.
